Responsibilities
- Maintain common areas including hallways, elevators, lobbies, and parkades
- Use our in-house mobile app to document every task with geo-tagged photos
- Follow customized cleaning checklists for each property
- Communicate proactively with supervisors about any site issues
- Represent EveryTime Service professionally on every visit
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a smartphone app to log work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle an asset
Pest Control Technician
Are you a BC-certified pest control technician with a passion for protecting properties? Join our growing team delivering documented, accountable pest management services.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and treat strata and commercial properties for pests
- Document all treatments using our mobile app with photos and timestamps
- Prepare and deliver clear reports to property managers within 24 hours
- Follow all BC pest control regulations and safety standards
- Build positive relationships with strata clients and property managers
Requirements
- Valid BC Structural Pest Control licence required
- Minimum 1 year of field experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with mobile app-based reporting
- Valid driver's licence required

Requirements
- 2+ years in account management, property management, or client services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in real estate, strata, or facilities management an asset
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital reporting

Requirements
- 2+ years of social media management experience
